About Us

Building Confidence

from the Ground Up

Nationwide Building and Civils prepares complex sites for construction through integrated remediation, demolition and ground engineering services delivered across the UK.

Working across residential, energy and industrial sectors, we transform constrained and previously developed land into safe, build-ready platforms — removing uncertainty, reducing risk and delivering on programme.

As an employee-owned business, our strength lies in our people. Our multidisciplinary teams bring together contaminated land specialists, earthworks engineers, demolition professionals and civil groundworkers in one coordinated delivery model.

Safety and sustainability underpin every project. We prioritise material reuse, minimise waste and fulfil remediation strategies that support long-term environmental and engineering performance as well as commercial efficiency. Through early collaboration and value engineering, we help clients achieve practical, cost-effective fixed price solutions.

Brownfield land can present hidden constraints — soil and groundwater contamination, piling obstructions and legacy structures that disrupt timelines and inflate costs. We identify and manage these risks early, delivering engineered development platforms that allow construction to proceed with confidence.
